Authorizing a first amendment to the existing Land Lease Agreement with AFCO Cargo MCI II Limited Partnership, allocating an additional 33,634.58 square feet for aircraft parking apron safety zone at Kansas City International Airport.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Acting Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute a first amendment to the existing Land Lease Agreement with AFCO Cargo MCI II Limited Partnership. The amendment will increase the leased premises from 18.4 acres to 19.1 acres for aircraft parking apron safety area north of the intended development of the Federal Express air cargo facility at Kansas City International Airport. A copy of the first amendment is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
