Authorizing execution of a $299,720.00 First Amendment to the Professional Services Contract with Leigh Fisher Associates at Kansas City International Airport.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute a First Amendment to the Professional Services Contract for airline lease negotiations with Leigh Fisher Associates at Kansas City International Airport, for a total contract amount of $299,720.00, to be paid from funds previously appropriated in Account No. 05-8300-621000-B. A copy of the amendment is on file in the office of the City Clerk.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
