ORDINANCE NO. 090628
Authorizing acceptance and
approval of a weatherization grant from Empire District Gas Company in the
amount of $5,201.00; reestimating revenue in the amount of $2,183.00; appropriating
the sum of $8,141.00 in the Special Housing Rehabilitation Loan Fund; and
designating requisitioning authority.
BE IT ORDAINED
BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That
the Acting Director of Housing and Community Development is authorized to
accept a weatherization grant from the Empire District Gas Company in the
amount of $5,201.00.
Section 2. That
revenue in the amount of $2,183.00 is estimated in the following account of the
Special Housing Rehabilitation Loan Fund:
10-6380-550001-481285 Home
Weatherization Empire District $2,183.00
Section 3. That
$2,940.00 is appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund balance of the Special
Housing Rehabilitation Loan Fund to the following account:
10-6380-555801-B Home
Weatherization Empire District $2,940.00
Section 4. That
the revenue in the amount of $5,201.00 is estimated in the following account of
the Special Housing Rehabilitation Loan Fund:
10-6380-550001-481285 Home
Weatherization Empire District $5,201.00
Section 5. That
$5,201.00 is appropriated to the following account of the Special Housing
Rehabilitation Loan Fund:
10-6380-555801-B Home
Weatherization Empire District $5,201.00
Section 6. That the Acting Director of Housing and
Community Development is designated as requisitioning authority for Account No.
10-6380-555801.
