ORDINANCE NO. 991118

Authorizing an eight month $190,800.00 contract with four (4) one-year renewal options with AllCity Parking for parking operations at the Auditorium Plaza Garage.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Convention and Entertainment Centers Department is authorized to execute an eight month $190,800.00 contract with AllCity Parking for parking operations at the Auditorium Plaza Garage. A copy of the contract, in substantial form, is attached hereto and is hereby approved.

Section 2. That the Director of Convention and Entertainment Centers Department is authorized to expend an amount not to exceed $190,800.00 for this contract from funds heretofore appropriated to Account No. 00-841-063-1200-B and to execute four (4) one-year renewal options, subject to future Council appropriation of funds.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
