RESOLUTION NO. 180244

 

Amending the Truman Plaza Area Plan by changing the recommended land use on approximately 0.12 acres located at 3709 St. John Avenue from residential urban low density to commercial. (653-S-2)

 

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That the Truman Plaza Area Plan is hereby amended by changing the recommended land use for an area of approximately 0.12 acres located at 3709 St. John Avenue from residential urban low density to commercial and specifically described as follows:

 

3709 St John / W 32 ft of n 1/2 Lot 9 exc n 15 ft e 10 ft of n 113.8 ft of s 273 ft 10 1/2 inches of Lot 10, Rhodes & Craigs Add

 

A copy of the amendment to the Truman Plaza Area Plan is attached hereto as Exhibit A and is incorporated herein by reference.

 

Section B. That the amendment to Truman Plaza Area Plan Area Plan is consistent and complies with the FOCUS Kansas City Plan adopted on October 30, 1997, by Committee Substitute for Resolution No. 971268, and is adopted as a supplement to the FOCUS Kansas City Plan.

 

Section C. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed area plan amendment hereinabove, all public notices have been given and hearings have been held as required by law.
