Authorizing execution of a $200,000.00 contract with Bucher, Willis and Ratliff Corporation to provide FOCUS planning services.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of the Department of City Development is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Bucher, Willis and Ratliff Corporation, in the amount of $200,000.00, for the provision of FOCUS planning services to be paid from funds previously appropriated to Account No. 97-100-064-2320-B, FOCUS. A copy of the contract, in substantial form, is attached hereto and is hereby approved.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
