ORDINANCE NO. 961529

 

Approving a Community Unit Project on approximately a 1.1 acre tract of land generally located on the north side of Armour Boulevard between Tracy Avenue and Virginia Avenue. (11899-CUP)

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That a Community Unit Project on approximately a 1.1 acre tract of land generally located on the north side of Armour Boulevard between Tracy Avenue and Virginia Avenue, and more specifically described as follows:

 

The north 105.00 feet of Lots 93, 94 and all of Lot 95 in Arcade Place, a subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, and all of Lots 22, 23, 24 and the north 35 feet of Lot 25 in Dixie, a subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri.

 

is hereby approved, subject to the following condition:

 

That the developer submit a final plan to the City Plan Commission for approval including plans for landscaping prior to the issuance of a building permit.

 

A copy of said Community Unit Project plan is on file in the office of the City Clerk under Document No. 961529, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.

 

Section B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed Community Unit Project hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the Zoning Ordinance have been given and had.
