Authorizing the Mayor to execute the First Amendment to Employment Contract between the City of Kansas City, Missouri and Larry J. Brown.

BE IT ORDAINED BY TH E COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the First Amendment to Employment Contract between the City of Kansas City, Missouri and Larry J. Brown. Said amendment shall be in substantial form as contained in Exhibit 1, attached hereto.

Section 2. That the Council further awards the City Manager a bonus of 10% as provided for in Employment Contract in the amount of $11,960.63, payable on the effective date of this ordinance. _____________________________________________
