ORDINANCE NO. 050200

 

Rezoning an area of approximately 0.55 acres generally located on the west side of College Avenue, approximately 150 feet south of 23rd Street from District R-2b to District R-4. (12835-P-2)

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That Chapter 80, Code of Ordinances of the City of Kansas City, Missouri, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by enacting a new section to be known as Section 80-11A0615, rezoning an area of approximately 0.55 acres generally located on the west side of College Avenue, approximately 150 feet south of 23rd Street from District R-2b (Two-Family Dwellings) to District R-4 (Low Apartments), said section to read as follows:

 

Section 80-11A0615. That an area legally described as:

 

The east one-half of the vacated alley west of and adjacent to the north 30 feet of Lot 41, Jefferson Heights, together with the south half of the vacated alley north of and adjacent to Lot 41 and the north one-half of the vacated alley adjacent to Lots 1, 2, 3, Jefferson Heights, a subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri.

 

is hereby rezoned from District R-2b (Two-Family Dwellings) to District R-4 (Low Apartments), all as shown outlined on a map marked Section 80-11A0615, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, and which is hereby adopted as a part of an amendment to the zoning maps constituting a part of said chapter and as an amendment to Section 80-11 thereof.

 

Section C. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the Zoning Ordinance have been given and had.
