Authorizing granting of a license to the K.C. Sports Walk of Stars to place historical markers on the Barney Allis Plaza.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to enter into and execute the attached license agreement with the K.C. Sports Walk of Stars, a Missouri not-for-profit corporation, authorizing the placement of certain historical markers at the mutually agreed upon location on Barney Allis Plaza, 12th Street and Wyandotte, Kansas City, Missouri, for the benefit of the public.
