ORDINANCE NO. 031324

 

Approving the preliminary plat of Whitehall Condominium on an approximately 0.32 acre tract of land generally located at the southwest corner of Emanuel Cleaver II Boulevard and Oak Street. (SD 1073)

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That the preliminary plat of Whitehall Condominium on an approximately 0.32 acre tract of land generally located at the southwest corner of Emanuel Cleaver II Boulevard and Oak Street, and more specifically described as follows:

 

All of Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, New South Moreland, a subdivision of land in the Southwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 49, Range 33, Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 2, said New South Moreland, being also a point on the South right-of-way line of Emmanuel Cleaver II Boulevard, as now established; thence South 87E2253 East, along said South right-of-way line, 75.27 feet; thence Southerly, continuing along said South right-of-way line, on a curve to the right, tangent to the last described course, having a radius of 25.00 feet and a central angle of 89E5351, an arc distance of 39.23 feet to a point on the West right-of-way line of Oak Street, as now established; thence South 02E3058 West, along said West right-of-way line, 113.79 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 1; thence North 88E0559 West, along the South line of said Lots 1 and 2, 100.34 feet (Plat-100.00) to the Southwest corner of said Lot 2; thence North 02E3332 East, along the West line of said Lot 2, 140.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. Containing 0.32 acres, more or less.

 

is hereby approved, subject to the following conditions:

 

1. That the developer cause the area to be platted and processed in accordance with Chapter 66, Code of Ordinances of Kansas City, Missouri, as amended, commonly known as the Subdivision Regulations.

 

2. That the developer submit the condominium declarations, covenants and restrictions to the Law Department for approval.

 

A copy of the preliminary plat is on file in the office of the City Clerk under Document No. 031324, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.

 

Section B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed preliminary plat hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the Subdivision Regulations have been given and had.
