Changing the names of N.W. 78th
Terrace within the plats of Embassy Park Eleventh and Thirteenth Plats and N. Overland Drive between N.W. 78th Terrace and N. Dawn Avenue to N.W. 78th Way.
BE IT ORDAINED
BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That
the name of N.W. 78th Terrace within the plats of Embassy Park Eleventh and
Thirteenth Plats, shall be changed to N.W. 78th Way, and that the name of N.
Overland Drive between N.W. 78th Terrace and N. Dawn Avenue shall be
changed to N.W. 78th Way, all within Sections 17 and 18, Township 51 North,
Range 33 West, Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri.
Section 2. That
the change is indicated on the map attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Section 3. That
existing traffic ordinances on these streets will remain in effect and will not
be affected by the street name change.
