COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR ORDINANCE NO. 061254

 

Amending the General Development and Land Use Plan, Kansas City International Airport, as amended, by deleting approximately 76 acres generally located on the east side of N. Platte Purchase Drive between N.W. 100th Street and N.W. 108th Street and adding said 76 acres to the Nashua-Newmark Planning area. (247-S-104)

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That the General Development and Land Use Plan, Kansas City International Airport, is hereby amended by deleting approximately 76 acres generally located on the east side of N. Platte Purchase Drive between N.W. 100th Street and N.W. 108th Street and adding said 76 acres to the Nashua-Newmark Planning area.

 

Section B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices have been given and hearings required by the Zoning Ordinance have been held.
