ORDINANCE NO. 940563

 

To reestablish Sewer District 1121 and establish Sewer Districts 20012 and 20013 in Sewer Division 20, generally located at N.E. 61st Street and N. Eugene Field Road in Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri, and repealing parts of Ordinance No. 26890, passed December 15, 1961.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That Sewer District No. 20012, in Sewer Division 20, in Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri, is hereby established, the boundary line of which is described as follows, to wit:

Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of N.E. 61st Street with the City limits of Kansas City and the Village of Claycomo; thence northerly along said City limits to the northeast corner of Lot 26, "Maple Park Gardens;" thence westerly along the north line of said Lot to the northwest corner thereof; thence southerly along the west line of said Lot to its intersection with the centerline of N. Wheeling Avenue; thence southerly along said centerline to its intersection with the centerline of N.E. 61st Street; thence easterly to the point of beginning.

Section 2. That Sewer District No. 20013, in Sewer Division 20, in Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri, is hereby established, the boundary line of which is described as follows, to wit:

Beginning on the northwesterly right-of-way line of Interstate Route 35 and opposite Highway Station 488+58.07 on the Base Line thereof; said point, lying 2,047.53 feet normally north of the south line and 1,321.69 feet normally east of the west line of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 51, Range 32; thence North 7352'30" West a distance of 41.52 feet, to a point hereinafter referred to as Point "A" and the true point of beginning, this and subsequent bearings referring to the west line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 28 as having a bearing of North 038'26" West; thence South 3238'50" West a distance of 332.14 feet; thence South 8939'30" West a distance of 382.25 feet; thence northwesterly to the southeast corner of Lot 4, "Maple Park Gardens;" thence northerly along the east line of said Lot 4 and its northerly prolongation to its intersection with the centerline of N.E. 60th Street; thence westerly along the centerline of N.E. 60th Street to its intersection with the centerline of N. Bellaire Avenue; thence northerly along the centerline of N. Bellaire Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of N.E. 61st Street; thence easterly along the centerline of N.E. 61st Street to its intersection with the City limits of Kansas City and the Village of Claycomo; thence southerly along said City limits line to its intersection with the northwesterly right-of-way line of Interstate Route 35; thence westerly to the true point of beginning, also known as Point "A."

Section 3. That Sewer Ordinance No. 26890, passed December 15, 1961, entitled, "To Establish Sewer District Number 1121, in Division 20, in Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri, insofar as it conflicts with this ordinance, is hereby repealed.
