Repealing Ordinance No. 941599
relating to the Civic Mall Redevelopment Project Block No. 81A of the Civic
Mall Tax Increment Financing Plan.
BE IT ORDAINED
BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That
Ordinance No. 941599 passed December 9, 2004, relating to the Civic Mall
Redevelopment Project Block No. 81A of the Civic Mall Tax Increment Financing
Plan, is hereby repealed.
