ORDINANCE NO. 090892
Authorizing various traffic
signal modifications; estimating revenue in the amount of $1,040,000.00 in the
Capital Improvements Fund; appropriating the sum of $1,040,000.00 to various
accounts in the Capital Improvements Fund; and designating requisitioning
authority.
BE IT ORDAINED
BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That
the work for the following traffic signal safety modifications is hereby
provided for and authorized:
Project No. 89004653 Oak
Corridor Signalization STP- 3301 (436)
Project No. 89004647 Central
Corridor Signalization STP- 3301 (435)
Project No. 89004648 Baltimore Corridor Signalization STP- 3301 (434)
Section 2. That
the revenue in the following accounts of the Capital Improvements Fund is
hereby estimated in the following amounts:
10-3090-890001-474630 STP-
Oak Corridor $ 312,000.00
10-3090-890001-474630 STP-
Central Corridor 520,000.00
10-3090-890001-474630 STP-
Baltimore Corridor 208,000.00
TOTAL $1,040,000.00
Section 3. That
the sum of $1,040,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund
Balance of the Capital Improvements Fund to the following projects in the
Downtown Signal accounts in the Capital Improvements Fund:

Central Corridor 520,000.00

Baltimore Corridor 208,000.00
TOTAL $1,040,000.00
Section 4. That
the Director of Public Works is designated as requisitioning authority for
Account No. 3090-897228.
