Authorizing the Director of City Development to offer for sale the property located at 4928 Main, also known as Fire Station #32, Kansas City, Missouri.

WHEREAS, all City Departments have been notified that this property was in excess to the needs of the City and no interest has been expressed in retaining the property for future public use; NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

That the Director of City Development is hereby authorized to offer for sale by competitive bids the property located at 4928 Main, said property being more particularly described as follows:

Lots 20 & 21, Block H, Bismark Place, a subdivision of land in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, according to the recorded plat thereof.
