Approving a preliminary plan in District MP (Planned
Industrial District) on a 37 acre tract of land for underground space generally
located at the southeast corner of 63rd Street and Winchester Avenue.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section A. That a preliminary plan in District MP
(Planned Industrial District) on a 37 acre tract of land for underground space
generally located at the southeast corner of 63rd Street and Winchester Avenue,
and more specifically described as follows:
Tract 1, WINCHESTER BUSINESS CENTER, a subdivision
in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri.
is hereby approved, subject to the following condition:
That the developer submit private covenants to the
City Attorney's Office for approval as required by Section
65.176.III.A.2(d) of the Zoning Ordinance of Kansas City, Missouri.
A copy of said preliminary plan is on file in the office
of the City Clerk under Document No. 940006, which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof.
Section B. That the Council finds and declares that
before taking any action on the proposed amendment hereinabove, all public
notices and hearings required by the Zoning Ordinance have been given and had.
