Description:	An advisory committee shall be created by the EDC to provide advice to the EDC regarding the use and disbursement of revenue on deposit within the Educational Account to support the Educational Program. The Educational Program Advisory Committee may also advise on the specifics of criteria for providing grants and loans for educational programs, allocation of resources including the sizing of the grants and loans and may provide general recommendations on the use of all funds disbursed through the Educational Program. The Committee shall be comprised of 3 members, consisting of 1. A representative of the Hickman Mills C-A School District, 2. A representative of Cerner Corporation, or a representative of the entity which is the occupant of the largest portion of the office space located within the Project, and 3. A City Council member for the City Council District in which the Project is located.
