Description: To oversee the operation and maintenance of pedestrian lighting installations and decorative monument in the Union Hill Special Business District, including cost of power consumption, annual re-lamping, semi-annual cleaning, repairs, replacements, legal and administration costs, and cost of approval of tax levies. APPOINTMENT PROCESS: Mayor appoints 5 members from among property and business owners in the district and 2 members who are tenants in the district. NUMBER OF CITY MEMBERS: 7 TERM: 4 years Needs new contact. Michaela now longer employed by the city.
