Description: The purpose of the committee is to: Identify the issues related to homelessness; to develop a plan to address these issues which will include both immediate and long term strategies, funding options and suggestions as to how the Council may best partner with entities, private businesses and the community in furtherance of the plan; and to present said plan to the council for recommendations and implementation.
