Charles Renner, attorney, representing residents along Martha Truman Road, sopke with the developer and both councilmen. Residents and the developer came to an agreement on conditions to the plan prior to approval of the final plan. Kenneth Langley, resident, inquired about traffic study results and was referred to staff to answer his questions. This ordinance will allow for 224 single-family residences, 85 patio homes, 115 townhomes, 58 multi family residential condominiums, a pool, clubhouse, tennis court, 2 stormwater detention tracts, and private open space tracts.
