Authorizing the Director of Water Services Department to enter into a $268,000.00 contract with Ace Pipe Cleaning, Inc. for Contract No. 894, Todd Creek WWTP Lagoon Biosolids Removal and Disposal; authorizing the Director of Water Services to expend $281,000.00 for the project; and authorizing the Director of Finance to return unexpended appropriations to the appropriate account.

Condemning and taking permanent and temporary easements on private properties for the construction and maintenance of sanitary sewers in the area of NE 88th Street and N. Lathrop, in Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri; providing for the payment of just compensation therefore; authorizing continued negotiations by the Director of City Development; consenting to the filing of the petition for condemnation by the City Attorney, on behalf of the City; and authorizing the City Clerk to file this ordinance with the Recorder of Deeds in Clay County, Missouri.

Estimating revenues in the amount of $400,000.00 in the Kansas City Downtown Redevelopment District, Series 2006A Project Fund and appropriating the same to the KC Live Project account; authorizing a $400,000.00 contract contingency increase with J. M. Fahey Construction Company for additional work in connection with the Power & Light District Street Replacement Project – Phase 2; authorizing the City Manager to expend up to $400,000.00 from funds previously appropriated for the project; authorizing the Director of Finance to close project accounts upon completion; and recognizing an emergency.
