The 15 lots within the project are approximately 70ft. wide and 150 ft. in depth. There will be a new street with in the plan. There is a stormwater detention in the project and staff recommends a 30 ft setback and the final plan will include that change. Dave Palvich,Fowlers Engineering, stated that the plan has been change and the project would loss one lot because of the change but the developer is happy to make the change and accepts the conditions set.
