130460 Amending Chapter 10, Code of Ordinances, by repealing Section 10-211, Number of retail alcoholic beverage licenses, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section of like number and subject matter which will allow the applicant of a microbrewery or manufacturer who wishes to sell alcoholic beverages to the public directly from their business to bypass the density requirement when applying for a retail sales-by-drink alcoholic beverage license.
