Amending Article VIII of the Administrative Code of Kansas City, Missouri, relating to the Classification and Compensation Plan, by repealing Sections 2-1075, 2-1076, 2-1077, 2-1078, 2-1079, and 2-1080 and establishing an effective date which authorizes our job classification and pay system for the next fiscal year, and provides for maintenance of the system by abbreviating the pay grades for ten classifications, and establishing a new top pay step for classifications covered by IAFF Local 3808 in accordance with their CBA.
