Ralph Davis, CIMO, testified on behalf of this ordinance. This ordinance would authorize an agreement for construction inspection for 22nd and 23rd Street improvements. The work will include observation, documentation and construction coordination of the project.

RESOLUTION - Declaring it to be necessary to change and re-establish the grades on Longview Road from Grandview Road approximately 1165 feet east to US 71 Highway, and from east of US 71 Highway approximately 585 feet east towards Sunnyslope Drive all in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri.


OPERATIONS COMMITTEE recommends "BE ADOPTED"
Stan Harris, Director of Public Works Department, testified on behalf of this resolution. This resolution would change and reestablish the grades in accordance with the provisions of the charter which includes locating and defining the adjacent grade points on said street, on the baseline of the roadway.
