Repealing Chapter 39, Arterial Street Impact Fees, Code of Ordinances, and enacting in lieu thereof a new Chapter 39, Arterial Street Impact Fees, to impose arterial street impact fees on all new development in the areas in the City described herein; and establishing the effective date.

This amendement will clean the wording of various subsections listed in Chapter 39 Code of Ordinances, to make it understandable and easier to administer the program.
