| | Councilmember Sharp Move To Consider Hermann and Johnson are out of the room
Mayor: Earlier we received the City Clerk's Communication 100604 regarding the semi-annual docket which lists those ordinances/resolutions which the City Council committees have requested be released or deemed lost and which lists one resolution whcih was never referred to committee. That resolution is 090986. It called the establishment of a Power and Light oversight Commission.
Because the Resolution was not referred to a committee we need to decide whether to relase it from the semi-annual docket or have it remain on the docket for another 6 months.
So does anyone wish to make a motion to either release or retain Resolution 090986?
