Virginia Walsh, City Planning & Development Department, the purpose of the ordinance is to allow for revised lot sizes for two existing single family residences and to allow for the subsequent pending application of a lot split or minor subdivision of this property into two revised tracts. The application provides for a new lot of approximately 2.2 acres along NW 58th Street with a depth of approximately 483 feet for the existing residences at 1200 NW 68th Street. Don Gustafson, City Planning & Development Department, stated that ordinances 010505 and 010506 are related cases. The project will rezone approximately 54 acres at the northwest quadrant of I-35 and NE Barry Road. The ordinances will allow an additional 153,509 square ft of commercial building. The plan proposes seven adjoining building along the southern side of the site and six out parcel buildings along the southern side of the site. City Plan Commission and staff recommended approval with certain conditions.
