Kathy Hauser, Lathrop & Gage Law Firm, representing a property east of this proposed property, who addressed some issues about the road improvements on 38th Street. This ordinance will allow development of a 121 unit hotel in addition to the existing and previously approved commercial uses located at !-70/Blue Ridge Cutoff interchange. Joanne Grear, resides at Leeds Rd & Hunter, was questiioning if her property would be affected with this plan. The committee moved to hold to get more information.
