Councilman Sharp commented on the purpose of the ordinance. Margaret Moran, Law Department, explained the committee substitute for the ordinance and answered questions from the committee. The committee discussed the ordinance. Virginia Walsh explained the processing of the ordinance after it is referred to the City Plan Commission . It was moved and seconded that the committee substitute be referred to the Plan City Plan Commission for its meeting on June 3 and hold the ordinance until June 4. The motion was carried by unanimous vote.
