Larry Stice, City Planning, testified on behalf of this ordinance. Sheryl Lindser, 3920 Central St., was present to answer questions from the committee. This ordinance will rezone about 2.7 acres generally located on the east side of Central Street between 125 and 500 feet south of W 39th Street, and both sides of Wyandotte Street between 200 and 700 feet south of W 39th Street to comply with the land use recommendations of the Main Street Corridor Land Use & Development Plan. Tim Krystl, 1220 Washington, testified in support of this ordinance.

This ordinance will be amending a previously approved preliminary development plan on about 1,656 acres generally located the north side of Highway 210 on both sides of E 40th Street to allow for existing and proposed office, industrial and commercial uses.
