RESOLUTION - Repealing and replacing the Martin City/Richards-Gebaur Area Plan with the Martin City Area Plan as a guide for the future development and public investment within the area bounded by Blue Ridge Boulevard on the north, State Line Road on the west, the Grandview city limits on the east and the Belton city limits on the south. Gerald Williams, City Planning and Development, explained the purpose of the ordinance and answered questions from the committee. Kevin Coax representing Bucher, Willis, Ratliff Corporation, consultants, gave a presentation of the Martin City CID. Barb Engle, Martin City CID, testified on behalf of the ordinance and was available to answer questions from the committee. This ordinance will approve the Martin City Area Plan and repeal and replace the Martin City/Richards-Gebaur Area Plan as a guide for the future development and public investment within the area bounded by Blue Ridge Boulevard on the north, the State Line Road on the west, the Grandview City Limits on the east and the Belton City Limits on the south.
