| Vacating the north/south and east/west alleys on the block bounded by W. 10th to the north, W. 11th to the south, Central to the west and Wyandotte to the east; retaining a utility easement; and directing the City Clerk to record certain documents. (1654-V).

The vacation will fully close off the existing alley and will not affect traffic circulation or access availability to citizens within the block or Kansas City as a whole. The applicant has obtained consent of all abutting property owners and received comments from all affected utilities. KCPL, AT&T, Time Warner and KCMO Water Services all have existing facilities within the right-of-way, The utility companies would be satisfied with the vacation subject to the retention of an easement and protection of existing facilities.
