Claude Page, City Development, and Kelvin Simmons, Swope Community Builders, testified on behalf of this ordinance. Mark Bertstead, Vice President Aldi's Corp., is excited to bring a store to this location. Mr. Morris, 909 River Ct., wants to bring a laundrymat and carwash to the area. Daniel Williams, owns liquor store on 39th & Prospect whom wants to expand his buisness into more of a convienece store with gas pumps. This ordinance would allow the City to enter into an agreement with Swope Community Builders for a TIF Plan in the Prospect Corridor area.

 Gerald Williams, City Planning, Airick West, Ivanho Resident, and Margaret May, Ivanhoe Neibhorhood Council, gave a presentation of the proposed plan. Handouts on file in the City Clerk's Office.
