Authorizing a Cooperative Agreement with the City of Raytown, Missouri, relating to storm drainage improvements in the vicinity of 8868 East 52nd Terrace.

Mike McClure, Public Works, testified on behalf of this ordinance. This ordinance authorizes the City of Kansas City, Missouri to enter into a contract with the City of Raytown, Missouri for construction and maintenance of stormwater facilities. These improvements will alleviate the flooding the problems in the area.

Consulting Engineers for Phase II – Engineering Design Services; Phase IIA – Optional Engineering Design Services; and Phase III – Limited Construction Observation Services, for Project No. 89005460 - NE Reinking Rd Bridge over Tributary of Shoal Creek; Project No. 89005483 - N. Eastern Ave. Box Culvert of Small Creek; and Project No. 89005484 - NE 96th St. Bridge over East Fork Shoal Creek, all in Clay County, Missouri, Council District No. 1; and designating requisitioning authority.

RESOLUTION - Declaring it necessary to establish the grades on North Congress Avenue, from a point 2055.30 feet north of NW Tiffany Springs Road to a point 1849.47 feet south of NW Tiffany Springs Road, all in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri.
