Amending Chapter 10, Code of Ordinances, by repealing Sections 10-1, Definitions, and 10-211, Number of retail alcoholic beverage licenses, and enacting in lieu thereof new sections of like number and subject matter which adds the definition of a Kansas City Population Update Report and under 10-211(3) adds the option for an applicant to request a Kansas City Population Update Report in place of the most recent U.S. Decennial Census as the Kansas City Population Update Report may provide a more up to date report of the population in the requested area.

 D.A. Christian, Emergency Manager, Office of Emergency Management, will give a presentation regarding revisions on the city's Local Emergency Operations Plan and ordinances related to the duties of the Office of Emergency Management, and the procedure for proclaiming a State of Emergency. Mr. Christain, presented information on the local emergency Operations Plan. There may be general discussion of Public Safety and Neighborhoods Committee issues. There may be a closed session pursuant to Section 610.021(1), (2) and (3) RSMo to discuss legal matters, real estate or personnel matters.
