Rochelle Parker, EDC, testified on behalf of this ordinance. Mike Hemax, MO EDC, was present to answer questions from the committee. Mike Wyatt, Harley Davidson, was present to answer questions from the committee. This ordinance will allow the City Manager to apply to the Director of the Missouri Department of Economic Development for designation of the Kansas City Satellite Zone 1, which is the Harley Davidson portion of the property.
