Josh Best, Economic Development Corporation, gave the Staff Report on the Ordinance. The Fifteenth Amendment provides for additional project improvements including road and trail projects and provides for modifications to the Budget of Redevelopment Project Costs. Additional Project Improvements. The 15th Amendment provides for (1) the design and construction of 108th Street beginning at Platte Purchase Drive and extending west to the Platte County line, and (2) the construction of certain trail segments along 152 & 1-29 beginning at N. Platte Purchase Drive and ending at N. Childress Avenue, all within Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri. Modifications to the TIF Plan Budget. The 15th Amendment provides for (1) an increase in the Estimated Redevelopment Project Costs, and (2) a modification to the anticipated Sources and Uses. The Budget increase relates to increased costs for (A) utility relocation costs for Green Hills Road (Project 6A), utility relocation costs for the Green Hill Intersection (Project 7A), as well as legal and TIF administrative costs, and (B) additional costs related to 108th Street (Project 16) and certain trail segments. The intent of the KCI Corridor TIF Plan remains unchanged other than those changes specifically mentioned herein.

The Second Amendment further provides for modifications to the boundaries and legal descriptions of Project Areas 1A, 2A, 2B and 3 to conform to the most recent plats for such property.

 Randy Landes, Director of Finance, and Kerrie Tyndall, City Manager's Office, made the presentation.

 6.
