Chris Crucy, Downtown Council, testified in support of the ordinances. This ordinance and its companion ordinance will adopt the Map Amendment for the Downtown Streetscape Master Plan provides a refined guide for future design standards to establish a cohesive image and palette of components for urban design, and infrastructure improvements in the area known as the “Downtown Loop.”
