Mark VanLoh, Aviation Department, testified on behalf of this ordinance. This ordinance will authorize a $200,000.00 increase in the Contingency amount for an agreement with Black & Veatch for a building upgrade at 533 Mexico City Avenue at KCI Airport.

This ordinance will authorize a $1,100,000.00 increase in the contingency, amount for a contract with Gardner Construction Company, Inc. for building upgrade at 533 Mexico City Avenue at KCI Airport and the expenditure of previously appropriated funds.

 There will be general discussion regarding current Aviation issues.
 
 Mark VanLoh, Aviation Department, discussed a building on the KCI airport that needs to be demolished. It was robbed a while back where old police uniforms and bullet proof vests were taken, that were eventually recovered.
