Authorizing the City Manager to enter into and execute a Memorandum of Understanding by and between the City of Kansas City, Missouri; Jackson County, Missouri; the Kansas City Area Transportation Authority; and the Mid-America Regional Council for the collaborative effort to implement the Jackson County/Kansas City Regional Alternatives Analysis Award as announced by the Federal Transit Administration; directing the City Manager to identify funds in the amount of $135,000.00 to be applied towards the City’s local match obligation; approving the Memorandum of Understanding in substantial form; and directing the City Clerk to record the same.
