Bob Langencamp, City Development, explained that the ordiannce was a final plat and should be advanced to consent agenda.

PLANNING, ZONING & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE recommends "DO PASS AS A COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE"
Olofu Agbaji, City Planning, stated that the ordinance describes a road as an arterial. Patricia Jensen explained that further details about how much improvement would be necessary would have to come after development as been confirmed and would have to come be for the Council prior that approval. She indicated that a site plan and development plan and final plat would have to come before the council for final decision. That would give neighbors a change to object. Mr. Kissick, the property owner was present to testify on the ordinance. There were members of the pubic present to testify.

Approving an amendment to a previously approved preliminary Chapter 80 development plan in District B4-5 on approximately 9 acres generally located at the northwest corner of Bannister Road and Pryor Road (14400 E. Bannister Road) to allow for 144 multi-family residential units and up to 10,000 sq. ft. of commercial uses or 24 additional multi-family residential uses. (9282-P-3)

Be prepared to leave your Driver's License or State issued Identification Card with the secretary and she will give you the equipment. Upon returning the equipment your license will be returned.
