Declaring it necessary to establish, change and re-establish the grades of, and the relocation, opening, establishment and dedication of street right-of-way on N. Ambassador Drive and N.W. Skyview Avenue all in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri; and directing the City Clerk to cause a notice to be published as provided for herein.


PLANNING AND ZONING COMMITTEE recommends "DO PASS AS A COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE"
Travis Kiefer, City Planning, testified on behalf of this ordinance. This ordinance will authorize the establishment, change and re-establishment of the grades on Ambassador Drive from a point 394.02 feet north of the centerline of Tiffany Springs Road to NW Polo Avenue and on Skyview Avenue from a point 305.44 feet south of the centerline of Ambassador Drive to Tiffany Springs Parkway, all being in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri.
