This ordinance would authorize the Director of General Services to enter into a Second Amended Lease of the City-owned property located at 1710-12 East 18th Street, K.C., Mo. in the 18th and Vine District to R&R Creations LLC. This Second Amended Lease would add an option for an additional 3 year term. The option would be R& R Creations to exercise. The rent during the option term would be $2,700 per month, rather than the $2,600.00 per month during the initial term. R&R Creations LLC will use this space for office, event and catering spaces.
