Travis Kiefer, City Planning and Development, answered questions from the committee regarding drainage and flooding issues brought before the committee in public testimony. The following testified in opposition to the ordinance: Stephanie Wilson - resident James Wickler - resident in favor of the development but voiced issues about infrastructure issues in the area. Brenda Boyles - resident This ordinance will approval a preliminary plat in District R-1a (single family, medium density) to create 5 single family lots.

Virginia Walsh answered questions from the committee regarding property boundary issues. Travis Keiffer, City Planning and Development, answered questions from the committee regarding drainage and stormwater issues.
