Authorizing the Director of Aviation to execute a $310,000.00 financial services agreement with Unison Consulting, Inc.; and authorizing the expenditure of previously appropriated funds.


TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE COMMITTEE recommends "ADVANCE AND DO PASS, CONSENT"
David Long, Aviation Department, gave the staff report. This proposed ordinance will authorize the execution of a Professional Services Agreement with Unison Consulting, Inc. to provide financial consulting services at Kansas City Aviation Department in specified areas of the aviation industry on a task-based basis. The Agreement was awarded through a Request for Proposals (RFP) Process. The RFP was advertised on KCMO.org website. 10 companies requested RFP packets. HRD established M/WBE goals of 15% MBE and 10% WBE. Two Proposals were received and both met the M/WBE goals. Term This is a three-year Agreement from May 1, 2015 to April 30, 2018, with two one-year renewal options.

Authorizing the Director of Aviation to execute a Second Amendment to the Lease and Concession Agreement with Host Hotels & Resorts, L.P. at Kansas City International Airport.


TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE COMMITTEE recommends "ADVANCE AND DO PASS, DEBATE"
David Long, Aviation Department, gave teh staff report on the Ordinance. This proposed ordinance will authorize the execution of a Second Amendment to the Lease and Concession Agreement to operate the KCI Marriott Hotel. The Amendment changes the term of the Agreement to fifty-five years, from September 1, 2007 to August 31, 2062 with two twenty-year renewal options.

Be prepared to leave your Driver`s License or State issued Identification Card with the secretary and she will give you the equipment. Upon returning the equipment your license will be returned.
