Authorizing the Director of City Planning and Development to execute, on behalf of the City, an easement conveyance to Kansas City Power & Light (KCPL for the maintenance and construction of appurtenances necessary to provide service to the police training academy, located at the southwest corner of Interstate 435 and NE Pleasant Valley Road, and authorizing the City Clerk to file this ordinance and attached easement.

This ordinance will replat Units 5-B & 5-C, 8-E & 8-F and 12-A/B within the final plat of Churchill Condominium located at 48th St. at Summit Street.

RESOLUTION - Expressing the support of the Mayor and Council for the integration of multi-modal accommodations, including bicycle, pedestrian and public transit, into the design of the new Paseo Bridge and directing the City Clerk to distribute copies of this resolution to appropriate officials.
