Authorizing the Director of Public Works to execute a Parking Lease Agreement with KC Stockyards Parking FC, Inc., for use of the West Bottoms Garage located at 1901 American Royal Drive.

Bruce Campbell, Public Work's, gave the staff report for this ordinance. This ordinance authorizes the Director of Public Works to execute a Parking Lease Agreement with KC Stockyards Parking FC. This is an effort from the City to utilize, unutilized parking spaces to support development.

Mike Buckman, Finance Department, gave the staff report for this ordinance. This ordinance estimates net revenues of $50,046,009.20 and appropriates the same Fund 3518, the General Obligation Series 2018A Bond Fund. This is a project for various public improvements and infrastructure project.

Authorizing the Manager of Procurement Services to execute a contract through April 30, 2018 with seven one year renewal options with Genuine Parts Company dba NAPA to provide parts and operate three storerooms in City facilities; authorizing the Director of General Services and the Director of Aviation to execute lease(s) for use of City storerooms in City facilities and authorizing the Directors to exercise the City’s seven one year renewal options and amend the leases; authorizing the Manager of Procurement Services to exercise the City’s renewal options for the contract and amend the contract with such amounts appropriated in the City’s annual budget.

Cedric Rowan, Manager of Procurement Office gave the staff report for this ordinance. This ordinance authorizes the Manager of Procurement Services to execute a contract through April 30, 2018 with seven one year renewal options with Genuine Parts Company dba "NAPA" to provide parts and operate three storerooms in City facilities. It also allows the fleet operations to continue along with distribution and the hiring of additional "NAPA" employees.

(EV1784-4) for storm water services at various City-owned facilities; and authorizing the Manager of Procurement Services to further amend the contract and to exercise one additional one year renewal option.

Cedric Rowan, Manager of Procurement Services Department, gave the staff report for this ordinance. This ordinance authorizes the manager of Procurement Services to execute a contract amendment with Leath and Sons, Inc., for storm water services at various City-owned facilities. The funds utilized in this contract, must be an approved budget by the various departments that want to use this contract. It also was requested to exceed the budget from 1.3 million to 2 million dollars.

Authorizing the Director of the General Services Department to execute a Lease, by and between HRB Deployment & Support, LLC, as the Landlord, and the City, as the Tenant, for that certain premises and parking in and around the building commonly known as 4400 East Blue Parkway and implement those undertakings; encumbering $785,000.00 from the existing 4400 E. Blue Parkway account for rental and associated occupancy costs through April 30, 2019, and appropriating $353,500.00 from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Capital Improvements Fund for the 4400 E. Blue Parkway project account for moving costs and necessary IT improvements for leasehold space; and recognizing an accelerated effective date.

 Mrs. Alice kitchen, gave a presentation for this report. This report provides information on cities across the United States that have an ordinance or an operational program committed to ending discrimination against women in concrete measurable ways.
 
 2.There may be a general discussion regarding current Finance and Governance Committee issues
 
 3. Pursuant to the following subsections of Section 610.021 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, there may be a closed session to discuss: (1) legal matters, litigation, or privileged communications with attorneys, pursuant to subsection 1; (2) real estate, pursuant to subsection 2; (3) personnel, pursuant to subsection 3 and 13; and/or (4) sealed bids or proposals, pursuant to subsection 12. (5) confidential or privileged communications with auditors, pursuant to subsection 17. (6) preparation, including discussions, for negotiations with employee groups, pursuant to subsection 9.
 
 The City Clerk`s Office now has equipment for the hearing impaired for use with every meeting. To check out the equipment please see the secretary for each committee. Be prepared to leave your Driver`s License or State issued Identification Card with the secretary and she will give you the equipment. Upon returning the equipment your license will be returned.
